My Story

I graduated from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington in 2018, earning a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. I completed a competitive 2-year residency in general family medicine at the National University of Natural Medicine. During my time at both of the top Naturopathic colleges in the country, I worked with and learned from many experts in the field. As a student and resident, I completed clinical rotations in community health, pediatric and adolescent care, family medicine and advanced training in women’s health. I am also trained in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute and abdominal massage through The Abdominal Therapy Collective.

Before medical school, I completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Seattle University. In my undergraduate education, I focused my studies on Ecology, participating in research and activism on the ecological health of the Duwamish River Watershed and its impact on the local ecosystem and community. This experience integrated my love of nature and passion for health, inspiring my decision to attend naturopathic medical school.

What I love outside of work

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our pup, cooking and eating delicious food, learning new crafts, and enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
