My Story

While in residency, I witnessed a breadth of pathology as well as expression of humanity that is unrivaled anywhere else in the country. I am incredibly grateful for a foundation in both critical and chronic dis-ease afforded me during my 3 years working in the ER, ICU, general medicine and specialty wards.

Working in a high volume urgent care practice and a traveling doctor service within LA area over the subsequent years honed my ability to be dynamic in my practice. I was pushed to develop unique skills of observation and resourcefulness applicable for patients in a wide range of age, social, and cultural demographics. It awoke a certain dynamism in me.

I knew this kind of training would be an essential platform to support the pillars of my current practice. It is in this practice where I nurture the flame in my inner altar that propelled me in this vocation as a facilitator of life; as a carrier of medicine.

It’s an honor to be here to serve, especially during the time of this beautiful transition and awakening to potent ancient modalities that I am currently stewarding.

Please be aware that my approach to dis-ease and imbalance, chronic and acute, hones in to the fundamental vital frequency of those I work with – and it is in respect of this fundamental core that I hone my treatment.

I’m not a ‘kick the can down the road’ practitioner. I want you feeling better. I want health to be an afterthought for you; a prayer to be grateful for – so you can get onto your greater mission in life.

Why I love being a Naturopathic Physician

It is my passion and mission in this life to integrate my study of ancient life science with the knowledge of the natural history of dis-ease in critically ill patients that I have gained working as an internist.

The true strength in my practice is diagnosis through history and exam. Talking with patients on an in depth level – we can uncover root causes of disharmony and then put a plan in place incorporating medicinal therapeutics, medical nutrition, and profound lifestyle modifications to bring health to the body, mind, mind and spirit.

I firmly believe that a holistic approach with an in depth intake looking at all aspects of life – from daily habits, to relationships, to thoughts in the mind, to what is on the plate (both literally and in life) of my patients — we can together find the seed causes of all imbalance. I am fortunate enough to steward ancient and modern traditions of getting people feeling right to guide my tailored treatment plans. Every patient is different. There is no blanket treatment for everyone.
